An exciting opportunity is available for a friendly and personable individual to join our team as a part time Receptionist.
As the first point of contact for the College Office, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive, welcoming, and efficient experience for teachers, students, parents and staff, supporting the smooth operation of the College.
This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative support while fostering a collaborative partnership with the žÁ¨Å¾Á¨ community, including parents and staff. This role could offer a great opportunity for a junior team member to develop their skills in a supportive environment
Key responsibilities include:
· Providing reception coverage across three days per week 8.30am to 4.30pm to support overall College business activities.
· Meet and greet all College visitors in a warm, calm and helpful manner.
· Ability to multi-task and prioritise answering, directing, distributing and screening all incoming telephone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
· Booking and liaising with couriers for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
· Liaising with students, parents, visitors and staff of the College.
· Other administrative tasks as and when directed.
· Back up for other administrators from time to time.
· Overflow of roll marking each day.
· Maintaining records of any visitors to the College campus.
· Management of reception flowers, stationery ordering and supplies.
· Mail collection and posting.
· Banking when required.
· Providing data entry and records management support for the College database via the Edumate system.
· General reception assistance with evacuations/lockdowns and record keeping.
· Participation in relevant training and development activities as an effective team member.
· Comply with College policies and procedures including Health and Safety requirements.

The position is part time 3 days per week and works during college term times only.
